The first steps into reading mark a child for life. Rushed and pressured, they build a block and the belief that learning hurts. Done with method and presence, they build a child who enjoys learning, and that is worth more than any grade.
I taught both of my daughters to read at home and went on to educate them fully. I know where children usually get stuck, what to do when it feels like there's no progress, and how to keep it light without giving up the method.

Then I show you the natural next step: how these first steps extend into a full home education, if that is what you want. Legalities where you live, choosing a method, building a routine, integrating more than one child, the father's role, and what to do in the weeks you think you'll quit.
This is ongoing consulting, not a one-off class. You have someone in the first week, the tenth, and the hundredth, when the excitement fades and the method has to hold the house together.
