Sleep that rests the whole home.

If you're here, sleep is not happening. Maybe it never has. Maybe it did for a while and then regressed. Maybe you can't even remember the last full night you slept, and you're exhausted enough that you don't know what to try anymore.

Why it matters

A baby's sleep is not a technical detail. It is the oxygen of the family. Sleep-deprived mothers lose clarity, patience and self-trust, and the relationship with the partner, the other children, and their own faith silently pays the price.

It is not weakness, it is physiology. And there is a real path forward, grounded in infant sleep neuroscience and respect for the bond, with no rigid method and no promise of the impossible.

How we walk together

I listen first. I don't arrive with a ready-made plan for your baby, I arrive with questions to understand the bond, your child's temperament, and the realistic rhythm of your home. Individual assessment before any technique: every baby is a baby.

I work with hands-on experience in infant sleep and complementary training in the field, no letting the baby cry it out, no one-size-fits-all protocol. Sleep and behavior are not separate problems; I treat them together.

Then we leave with an honest plan: what you do tonight, what we adjust next week, what we revisit together. Ongoing support throughout the process, not a one-time consult.

What I look at before suggesting any change

  1. 01

Reading the pattern: what repeats every night.

  2. 02

A possible routine: a day and a night that fit your real family.

  3. 03

Environment and wind-down: what helps and what gets in the way of sleep.

  4. 04

How they fall asleep: how the child is helped to start and return to sleep.

  5. 05

Care with direction: responding without abandoning the child and without losing the course.

  6. 06

Consistency between adults: so each night doesn't have a different rule.

  7. 07

Guided adjustments: assessing what happens in practice and adapting with judgment.

  8. 08

The family's autonomy: closing with confidence so you lead without depending on me.

What about crying?

I dont work with a ready-made formula, and there is no single right method. We look at the possible paths and build, together with you, the approach that fits your home and your child.

I make a point of being clear about one thing: crying is language. Its how a baby tells you that something is bothering or frustrating them. Here that crying is never ignored, it is heard and held.

What I teach you is to see what is behind each cry and to respond with firmness and closeness in equal measure. If the solution were to leave a child crying alone, there would be no method to teach, and no work for me to do here.

Sleep deprivation isn't only the child's problem. It's the whole home's.

Frequently asked questions

Up to what age do you work with?

The sleep consultation is for babies and children from 0 to 3 years old.

Is it online?

Yes. All sessions are individual, over video call (Google Meet or Zoom), and are recorded so you can revisit them whenever you like.

Is the method to leave my child crying?

No, and it is the opposite of that. Crying is how a baby communicates discomfort, and it will always be met with care. What I do is help you understand what each cry is saying and respond with presence and safety. Leaving a child crying alone isnt a method, it is the absence of one.

Will they start sleeping through the night?

I don't promise that, and no honest professional does. What I build with you is a path, not a guarantee. I also don't promise a fixed timeline, each child responds at their own pace. What I do promise is that they won't be left crying alone: care and direction go together here.

What if my partner isn't convinced?

Change doesn't require two convinced people, it requires two consistent people. He doesn't need to believe beforehand, only to agree to respond the same way at the agreed points. In practice, the partner usually changes their mind when they see the first week working.

What's the difference between the Complete and the Express?

The Complete is a 75-day support with 4 sessions and close guidance until the habit takes hold, for those who need direction through adjustments, regressions, and consolidation. The Express is focused guidance: 1 session, a written plan, and 40 days of support, for organized families who follow through well on their own.

What are the quick video calls?

Short video calls for specific situations that come up during the process, like the baby refusing the crib or a sleep regression. They're scoped to that situation and scheduled as availability allows. They are not on-call or continuous support.

How do we get started?

No sales call and no bureaucracy. You decide, I send you the written scope and the payment link (in full or in installments), and then we schedule the first session. You fill out the intake form and we start from your real priority.

Educational content, which does not replace an evaluation by your pediatrician.
